2009GH02 >> Shipping Associate (openings: 1 position)
We are looking for a detailed oriented and high energy shipping professional in the peptide industry.

Key skills:

Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills required. Must be a self starter, work well without supervision, and accept responsibility

    This position requires:

    * BS degree in a relevant scientific discipline and 2~3 years experience in shipping for established peptide company or related experience
    * Strong attention to detail
    * Must be professional, have integrity, creativity, and have the ability to think and plan ahead
    * Must be a team player and have the ability to mentor and motivate others
    * Good typing and PC skills
    * Must possess good judgment and show initiative

    Responsibilities:

    * Organize daily shipments; domestic and international
    * Weigh peptides on micro balance, labeling, packaging, invoicing, and final inspection
    * Inventory control and management
    * Ongoing communications with Quality Control, Customer Service, and Sales groups
    * Communicate with customers regarding shipment tracking information
    * Organize all shipping supplies

    This position is based in our Sunnyvale, CA facility.

    2009GH01 >> Sales Account Executive (openings: 1 position)
    We are looking for a high energy, seasoned peptide (Non GMP and GMP) sales professional, track record of success and over-achievement within the pharmaceutical, biotech & academic marketplace.

    Key skills

  • Identifying and closing new business
  • Building a pipeline for long term sales momentum
  • Monitoring and addressing existing customer needs
  • Ability to grow current customer base
  • Participating in trade shows and training
  • Must be a self starter, work well without supervision, and accept responsibility


  • Territory covering North America. Sales Account Managers are expected to serve as the focal point for routine customer communication which should include full knowledge of their organization, processes and procedures and key personnel.

    This position requires:
  • BS degree in a relevant scientific discipline and 2~3 years experience selling for established peptide CMO. Masters or MBA, a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills required
  • Must be professional, have integrity, creativity, and have the ability to think and plan ahead
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
  • Must be a team player and have the ability to mentor and motivate others
  • Strong PC skills (MS Office Suite) with advanced Word and PowerPoint
  • Must possess good judgment and show initiative
  • Experience with Salesforce or ACT a plus
  • Ability to travel 40%.
