A great opportunity to work for one of the major peptide CMO in the marketplace. Have good communication and organizational skills. Prepares and manages all order confirmations for GMP production Manages GMP products with production and sales groups. Meets with production on a weekly basis for the projects in GMP Production. Prepares peptide status reports to customers or sales group on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Provides technical support to customers. Back up for Customer service functions and communicates with customers. Attend conferences and Trade shows with sales group when required. Challenges others to develop as leaders while serving as a role model and mentor. This is an office based position working in our Vista GMP facility. Process purchase orders and provide customer service communications with customers. Maintain customer information in database and support customer service related functions. Responsible for purchasing and receiving chemicals and laboratory supplies. Must be able to find and negotiate low competitive pricing on chemicals and lab supplies. Must be able to maintain supply storage in organized manner and move heavy drums using a drum dolly. Position also requires general facility and equipment maintenance and oversight.
Minimum requirements: BS in chemistry or related field and acquisition experience a plus.

1 position)
Candidate must have good understanding with HPLC, chemistry and/or peptide background; Ability to perform cGMP documentation through writing procredures, protocols and support API stability program. Ability to work both independently, and with other personnel in a dynamic team environment. Ability to work on process development and/or other analytical work for HPLC; with preferred GMP experience. Good communication skills and ability to work with supervisor and/or customers. Experience in a Quality Control or GMP setting with stability and HPLC experience preferred. College degree or related job experience preferred.
Minimun of 4 to 5 years experience.
