GHRH

Also called growth hormone-releasing hormone

GHRH (growth hormone-releasing hormone) is the hypothalamic signal that stimulates the pituitary to release growth hormone. GHRH-analog peptides mimic this signal to raise GH while preserving its natural pulsatility.
