Also called NO · nitric oxide synthase · eNOS
Nitric oxide (NO) is a short-lived gaseous signaling molecule produced by nitric oxide synthase (NOS). It relaxes vascular smooth muscle, promotes angiogenesis, and modulates inflammation. Upregulation of eNOS and the NO pathway is proposed as one mechanism of BPC-157 in preclinical healing models.
