Prolactin

Also called PRL

Prolactin is a pituitary hormone best known for its role in lactation. Some GH-releasing peptides — particularly GHRP-6 and hexarelin — elevate prolactin alongside GH, which is considered an undesirable effect in research contexts. Ipamorelin is distinguished by its minimal effect on prolactin at research doses.
